陳綺貞今年低調舉行「房間裡的音樂會」巡演，帶著一把吉他，唱了超過20個城市，可望於明年唱回台灣。她日前在杭州演出時，首次親眼見證粉絲求婚，有一對情侶因她的歌而相戀，女方曾開玩笑的跟男生說：「要我嫁給你只差一個陳綺貞。」沒想到男方竟祕密準備婚戒，在陳綺貞演唱〈和你在一起〉時下跪求婚，陳看到後當場激動落淚擁抱他們。
